Cancellations
If you book a slot & would like to cancel, you will only be allowed to cancel 48 hours before your booking in order to receive a full refund.
In an unlikely case of me cancelling you, you will receive your money back.
Reschedule
Your payment is only valid for a ‘one time only reschedule’. Once you pay for your service & are unable to attend your appointment please let us know 48 hours before so we can arrange your new date. All rescheduling and changes to bookings are made via your online account portal, under 'My Bookings'.
Lateness
All bookings are back to back and is ran on a very tight schedule.
If you are 15 minutes or more late, you will automatically be cancelled and will not receive a refund/ a reschedule.
Being punctual is very crucial. So to avoid disappointment and to receive the full Mavade experience please come 10 minutes earlier than your booked appointment.
